Carrie Hopkins-Doubts, PCC, is a Spiritual Resilience Coach working with men and women experiencing major life transitions, whether it be in relationships, career, health, or spirituality.
As the founder of Life’s Next Chapter Coaching, Carrie’s passion is helping men and women discover new dreams for themselves as they consciously and powerfully rebuild their lives after loss by guiding them to reconnect with their heart, reclaim their power, and realign with their purpose to create their life’s next chapter.
Carrie provides mentoring for practicing coaches and students who are seeking ICF credentialing. She joined the Ethics Independent Review Board for the ICF in 2019 and was appointed to the position of Chair in 2023. Carrie holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology With an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing as well as certifications in Grief Counseling, Mentor Coaching, Transformational Presence Coaching, and Relationship and Divorce Coaching.
Wendy-Ann Smith, is a coaching psychologist, is a coaching psychologist, working at the intersection of coaching psychology, wellbeing and ethics. She is the founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum, and Chair of CEF2025. She is also the Founder and Executive Editor of the Journal of Coaching Ethics and Ethical Edge Insights, Founder and Director of the Champions of Courage Awards, and creator of the Ethics Beyond the Code courses. With over two decades of experience in coaching, psychology, and leadership development, Wendy-Ann has published widely on ethics, identity, and courageous leadership. She convenes global conversations that bridge coaching, mentoring, and leadership, and is committed to cultivating ethical maturity and conscious power in practice.
