Wendy-Ann Smith, coaching psychologist, registered psychologist (Australia-France), Chartered Psychologist (UK) and works at the intersection of coaching psychology, well-being, and ethics, supporting leaders, coaches, and practitioners to grow in depth, clarity, and integrity. She is the founder and director of the Ethics Forum International, Coaching Ethics Forum, the Journal of Coaching Ethics, and Ethical Edge Insights magazine, and creator of the Ethics Beyond the Code course. She also leads the Champions of Courage Awards and the Changemakers and Podcasters in Conversation series.
