Wendy-Ann Smith Wendy-Ann Smith, is a coaching psychologist, is a coaching psychologist, working at the intersection of coaching psychology, wellbeing and ethics. She is the founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum, and Chair of CEF2025. She is also the Founder and Executive Editor of the Journal of Coaching Ethics and Ethical Edge Insights, Founder and Director of the Champions of Courage Awards, and creator of the Ethics Beyond the Code courses. With over two decades of experience in coaching, psychology, and leadership development, Wendy-Ann has published widely on ethics, identity, and courageous leadership. She convenes global conversations that bridge coaching, mentoring, and leadership, and is committed to cultivating ethical maturity and conscious power in practice.
Dr Hugh Breakey is Deputy Director and Senior Research Fellow in moral philosophy at Griffith University’s Institute for Ethics, Governance and Law (Brisbane, Australia). Hugh’s work spans the philosophical sub-disciplines of political theory, normative ethics, applied philosophy, and legal theory. He has extensive experience in the application of ethical, legal, and political philosophy to a wide array of challenging practical fields, including institutional governance, integrity systems and corruption, climate change, sustainable tourism, peacekeeping, safety industries, property and intellectual property, professional ethics, human rights, and international law.
