Bringing a new perspective to the field of Behavioral Ethics, Dr. Vincent Wong uses his Behavioral Physics framework to address one of the profession’s most critical challenges: the invisible systems that lead well-intentioned practitioners into ethical blind spots. Drawing on a rare combination of a PhD in Quantum Science and three decades of leadership in business and technology, Vincent now applies his mastery as an ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner & Supervisor (ESIA) to move beyond classical coaching. When a client’s old formula for success no longer works, he reveals the hidden logic and unconscious drivers behind their actions, enabling them to shift a single, fundamental behavior that creates a phase transition in their entire personal and professional reality.
