Miho Matsukawa

Miho is the Director and one of the establishing members of MBCC (Mindfulness Based Coach Camp), where she contributes as a coach, supervisor, and mentor. With more than 15 years of experience in training, facilitation, and organizational development, she brings expertise in wellbeing, team performance, and leadership. Aligned with MBCC’s vision, Miho is committed to advancing social transformation through coaching, grounded in ethical integrity as a foundation for meaningful impact. Her international coaching credentials (ICF PCC, ACTC, EMCC Senior Practitioner) reflect her dedication to professional excellence. Bilingual in Japanese and English, Miho is known for creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and lead positive change.

Serena Wang is a certified ICF PCC coach and Coach Supervisor. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, Serena brings over 20 years of multinational work experience as an HR professional, having worked in the Government sector as well as in the Energy, Digital, and more recently Chemical industries. She serves and supports individuals in both personal development and professional development.

Focused on life coaching and leadership coaching, Serena is particularly passionate about supporting people to create awareness, re-build self-belief, achieve internalisation of self-confidence, finding or rekindling that passion for life and career. Transactional Analysis, Theory U, Mindfulness, Art-based, Clean Language and Gestalt are Serena’s main foundational practices, and she draws upon these and her practical experience in co-working and co-creating with her clients and coach supervisees in the reflection field. Serena believes that it is important to maintain an open mind and the curiosity to learn and be inspired from her clients. She strives to build healthy and supportive relationships with all her clients and coach supervisees.
