Jazz Rasool has been an Executive Coach for over 20 years. Over the last 10 years he has specialised in ethical and inclusive use of AI and Metaverse Industry 4.0 technologies in Learning and Development as well as focusing on the Ethics and Compliance of using AI in Coaching. From June 2023 he started to deliver the first ever educational briefings and programs to prepare coaches for demonstrating compliance and competency in adopting AI into Coaching Practice, starting with guidance on alignment with the EU AI Act. He founded the AI Coaching Alliance, AICA, bringing together coaches and researchers for cross-body AI adoption in Coaching practice, teaching, supervision, and governance. In April 2024 Jazz was the first to create an ethical, inclusive and EU AI Act compliance-based AI Coaching Standard, AICAS, that repurposes cross-body coaching competences from the ICF, EMCC and AC for psychologically safe AI use in Coaching sessions.

Surabhi Bhardwaj is an MSt student in AI Ethics at the University of Cambridge, with research interests focus on the philosophy of science and feminist approaches to AI. She is interested in how technology can be shaped to support human flourishing, drawing on both feminist approaches to AI.

Alexis Halkovic is a leadership coach, an entrepreneur, and a social psychologist. She weaves together expertise in how systems affect individuals and groups and ways people resist from her background in Social Psychology with over two decades leading people, projects, and major organizational and culture change initiatives. Most recently, she has become the co-CEO of CultureCamp AI – a tool designed to help coaches go deep in their understanding of how organizational culture affects groups and organizations. Alexis has a special interest in existential coaching, ethics in coaching and psychology, and how AI changes the way we work and live. She has a PhD in critical social psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY), an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MA in Medieval Indian History from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. She is an ICF-certified coach (ACC); a Professional Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, and co-lead of the Coaching Ethics Forum’s new Open Source AI Ethics Collective.

Colin Cosgrove is an AI Coaching Consultant and founder of Movizmo, where he helps purpose-driven organisations harness the power of AI in ways that are ethical, effective, and aligned with human values.

With over 17 years of experience in global technology (including 11 years at Google) Colin has a proven track record of scaling innovation responsibly. He led high-performing teams through major regulatory shifts, such as the EU’s landmark 2017 Shopping judgement, and played a key role in launching Google’s first AI-driven Ads products in Europe in compliance with EU law.

Today, Colin partners with leaders and SMEs to integrate AI in ways that uphold trust, culture, and human purpose. He has coached more than 30 leaders through complex transitions, from acquisitions to post-pandemic pivots, and trained over 300 professionals on adopting AI responsibly and compliantly.

As a Senior Practitioner Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Colin brings together deep regulatory insight and a transformative coaching approach. His work supports organisations in preparing for frameworks like the EU AI Act while keeping people at the centre.

A regular contributor to global conversations on AI in coaching, Colin recently delivered well-received sessions for EMCC Ireland, EMCC Global and ICF. He is passionate about helping leaders show up with integrity, clarity, and confidence in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
