Rashmi Dixit
Rashmi Dixit, M.S., PCC, is a global Executive Coach, facilitator, and author of Embracing Your Life. With nearly two decades of experience, she has partnered with organizations such as Nike, Colgate-Palmolive, John Deere, Viacom, Oregon Metro, the state of Oregon, and Universities like City University of NY, Cornell University, and Rice University to design and implement leadership and organizational development programs. Uma Arora
Uma Arora is a behavioral Scientist and leadership Coach who specializes in helping individuals and enterprises build leadership capacity, enabling transformation and enhance performance of individuals & groups. As a systems coach, she works with teams to resolve conflicts, align diversity and helps synchronize organizational leadership, strategy, vision and culture in pursuit of excellence. Uma is the founder of Idam Learning, a firm focused on coaching, change and leader development. She is also past President of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, (Singapore). She brings a robust model of Coaching by blending her business experience with her knowledge and training as a Coach and behavioral Scientist.
Tithi Bhatnagar
Dr. Tithi Bhatnagar is a Psychologist by training, a Well-being and Happiness Researcher and Teacher by profession, and a certified Positive Psychology Coach by Practice (trained with Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener, USA). Her doctoral research was in Subjective Well-Being (SWB) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Her professional experience combines industry, freelance consulting, academics, training, coaching, and advisory roles. She has served in various capacities in her previous roles, for example, working with Executive Board Members and Founders, serving on an Industry Research Board as a Social Scientist, leading a University School of Humanities and Social Sciences, working as Deputy Director of the Centre for Leadership and Change (CLC) and In-Charge of Capacity Building at Universities in India.
Her doctoral dissertation was a pioneer work exploring the concept of subjective well-being (SWB) in India and developing a standardized measure and index to map SWB at individual and collective levels. Her book, Subjective Well-Being in the Indian Context: Concept, Measure, and Index (Springer Nature, Singapore), is based on that research. Additionally, she has edited a book, presented research papers at several reputed national and international conferences, and published nationally and internationally. Her expertise has been sought after on a global scale, as evidenced by her invitation to develop and launch her well-being interventions course from the revered International Society of Quality-of-Life Studies. Tithi is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Coaching Ethics (JoCE) and has been a guest reviewer for several journals. Her research interests include Positive Psychology constructs, mainly happiness and well-being, wisdom, well-being interventions, social development indicators, and leadership.
With over a decade of experience teaching research methods (both quantitative and qualitative), well-being, and other discipline-related courses, she has trained several thousand educators and professionals—including teachers, principals, students, government officials, and executives—on several important topics, particularly Positive Psychology and Research Methods. She supervises doctoral research and is frequently invited as an expert speaker on panels and in faculty and professional development programmes, along with being a regular speaker at conferences. A Gold and Silver Medallist for her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees, respectively, and an ICF-certified coach in training, she is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS). She is affiliated with the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS, IISc Campus) in Bengaluru as an Hon. Adjunct Faculty and is currently a Visiting Professor at Ashoka University.

Abhijit Bhattacharya
Abhijit has over 15 years of experience in the area of talent development and personal growth, especially leadership development and coaching with diverse global population across varied industries such as, information technology, digital entertainment, business services, banking, and financial services. His interest and role have been to develop leaders, mainly people managers, so that they can improve their skills and abilities to manage their teams better.
Abhijit has received his coach training from the Teachers College, Columbia University in New York and NeuroLeadership Institute. He is accredited by the ICF as a PCC and has coached 1100+ clients globally. He is also certified to administer various psychometric assessments, such as, Hogan, DiSC, StrengthsFinder to help people raise their self-awareness.
He is the Co-Lead of the Coaching Science Community of Practice and one of the first few members of the Hyderabad Chapter of the ICF.
