Jazz Rasool has been an Executive Coach for over 20 years. Over the last 10 years he has specialised in ethical and inclusive use of AI and Metaverse Industry 4.0 technologies in Learning and Development as well as focusing on the Ethics and Compliance of using AI in Coaching. From June 2023 he started to deliver the first ever educational briefings and programs to prepare coaches for demonstrating compliance and competency in adopting AI into Coaching Practice, starting with guidance on alignment with the EU AI Act. He founded the AI Coaching Alliance, AICA, bringing together coaches and researchers for cross-body AI adoption in Coaching practice, teaching, supervision, and governance. In April 2024 Jazz was the first to create an ethical, inclusive and EU AI Act compliance-based AI Coaching Standard, AICAS, that repurposes cross-body coaching competences from the ICF, EMCC and AC for psychologically safe AI use in Coaching sessions.
Alexis Halkovic is a leadership coach, an entrepreneur, and a social psychologist. She weaves together ex-pertise in how systems affect individuals and groups and ways people resist from her background in Social Psychology with over two decades leading people, projects, and major organizational and culture change initiatives. Most recently, she has become the co-CEO of CultureCamp AI – a tool designed to help coaches go deep in their understanding of how organizational culture affects groups and organizations. Alexis has a special interest in existential coaching, ethics in coaching and psychology, and how AI changes the way we work and live. She has a PhD in critical social psycholo-gy from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY), an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MA in Medieval Indi-an History from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. She is an ICF-certified coach (ACC); a Pro-fessional Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, and co-lead of the Coaching Ethics Forum’s new Open Source AI Ethics Collective.
