Magdalena Nowicka Mook – CEO of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) brings a wealth of experience in consulting, coaching, association management, and fundraising. Through her leadership, the organization has become the leading voice for the global coaching community with more than 60,000 members and 52,000 ICF-credential holders worldwide. Ms. Mook received her M.S. in Economics and International Trade from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. Magda was recognized as #1 Coach: Global Influence and a finalist in the Thinkers50 Distinguished Award in Coaching and Mentoring. In 2023 and in 2024 she was recognized as #10 of Top30 Global Gurus in Organizational Culture. Thinkers50 also recognized Magda in 2024 as one of Coaches50 list of top coaches in the world. She is a trained professional coach and systems facilitator.  Magda is a frequent keynote speaker, a contributor to Forbes Magazine, Harvard Business Review, and other major publications. She is a host of a monthly LinkedIn Live, where she speaks to organizational leaders and major influencers. 

Wendy-Ann Smith: Wendy-Ann is a coaching psychologist whose work is at the intersection of coaching psychology, positive psychology, and ethics. She is the founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF), Journal of Coaching Ethics (JoCE), and Ethical Edge Insights (EEi), each platform dedicated to advancing ethical practices and wellbeing in coaching. Her research explores how coaches develop, integrate ethics, and experience wellbeing. Wendy-Ann supports coaches and leaders, offering one-to-one coaching and workshops to deepen ethical awareness and practice. Passionate about fostering growth, she brings warmth, curiosity, and a dedication to ethical development of coaches, mentors and leadership.

Sunny Stout-Rostron has been instrumental in creating significant corporate cultural change and transformation projects. Coaching and consulting in the complex arena of leadership management development, relationship and conflict mediation, Sunny helps organisations to develop collaborative strategies to manage conflict, differences in perspective and experience. Sunny is highly regarded as a thought leader in the field of executive coaching and organisational and team effectiveness. She has developed a succession of leadership and management development programmes within the corporate, educational and entrepreneurial sectors in South Africa, the UK, USA and Australia. Sunny believes there is a strong link between emotional intelligence and business results. She is the Founding President for COMENSA, Coaches and Mentors of South Africa. Her books include: Everything You Ever wanted to Know About Managing People But Were Afraid to Ask (Knowres, 2022); Transformational Coaching to Lead Culturally Diverse Teams (London Routledge, 2019); Business Coaching International: Transforming individuals and organizations (Karnac 2009/2013).

Araceli Canedo: I am a passionate Executive Coach and driven Senior Executive. For nearly 25 years, I was a Transformational Leader in the financial sector, and as aManaging Director, I held various leadership positions and ran large global teams. I am also a qualified and accredited Executive Coach and an Executive Board member of EMCC Global, focusing on Thought Leadership. My two passions in life are People and Change. I have embraced a lot of change in mypersonal and professional life; I have lived in multiple countries, speak five languages fluently, am married to an Australian, and am a proud mum of two kids. Recently, I decided to leave the corporate world to become an entrepreneur and focus on my coaching business. My transition into executive coaching stems from my desire to unlock the potential in others. With a focus on leadership and career coaching, my mission is to contribute to a better world by helping leaders become better leaders.
