Often hidden or overlooked, these challenges emerge through coaching supervision, which provides a space to gain the clarity and courage required to face them with integrity, supporting the ongoing process of developing ethical maturity as coaches. Join us as we explore how supervision can address ethical concerns while also supporting personal and professional growth, enabling coaches to gain deeper insights to navigate their practice with enhanced ethical awareness. |
Inga Bielińska is a Master Certified Coach, team coach certified by both ICF (ACTC) and EMCC (ITCA), and a business trainer. In addition to that, she serves as an ICF mentor coach and ESIA EMCC coach supervisor. She specializes in supporting individuals and organizations globally, particularly those dealing with remote and culturally diverse teams or communication challenges. As a team coach, Inga helps teams overcome barriers, navigate processes, resolve conflicts, and develop a clear mission and vision. In addition to her coaching work, Inga regularly writes for US editions of Forbes and Newsweek. She has also published two books in Polish for leaders, one of which was shortlisted for a major Polish business magazine’s book award.
Michel Moral supervises coaches and trains supervisors with Florence Lamy. He sometimes coaches and trains team coaches in several French Universities and around Europe. He is a member of the EMCC Council and a member of the EMCC Center for Excellence. He also participates in research on supervision and team coaching.
Michel began as an international manager and executive in Eastern Europe, Middle-East and Africa. In 2003 he left IBM to create a coaching and coaching supervision practice.
He holds a Master degree in Science, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has published ten books on management, coaching, team coaching, organisational coaching and supervision of all these. He is an EMCC EIA Master coach, an EMCC ESIA supervisor and his supervision school has an ESQA.
He likes sailing, especially racing.
Eva Hirsch Pontes is a licensed psychologist and earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, California. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential and an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from ICF. She is an ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She was the first certified Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Together with Wendy-Ann Smith, Dumisani Magadlela and Prof. David Clutterbuck, she co-edited the book “Ethical Case Studies for Coach Development and Practice: A Coach’s Companion”, published by Routledge in 2024. Eva integrated the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil, and later held a seat in the Advisory Board of that Chapter. She also served the local Ethics Committee and has contributed as an ICF assessor for over 12 years. Through her company in Brazil, she has been coaching C-Level executives for 18 years. She also works as Team Coach, Conflict Mediator and invited faculty at prestigious business schools in Brazil. Before becoming a coach in 2006, Eva worked for 25+ years as an executive in the shipping industry, holding several key positions including director and board member.
Lily Seto MA, PCC, ESIA and Master Practitioner with EMCC, is an Executive and Leadership coach, working with leaders from globally traded companies, all levels of governments, and the non-profit sector. She is also a coach developer through www.8thElementCoaching.com. Lily is intrigued with the idea of ethics in organizations and in the coaching profession and how we support each other to move towards ethical maturity, given the complexity of our current world. She loves the multi-faceted ethical dilemmas that emerge in her global coaching supervision groups and appreciates the complexity of applying ethics across cultures. Lily served for four years on the global Independent Review Board (IRB) for ICF, where the primary duties are investigating breaches of the ICF Code of Ethics.
| Host: Alex Jack Alex is a coach, consultant, speaker, mentor, and facilitator. He uses a combination of applied positive psychology, other science-based applications, and effective communication fundamentals to help shift behavioural patterns by focussing on mindsets and beliefs, rather than processes and systems. With a primary focus on interpersonal communication and transformational leadership growth, he helps people of a quieter nature navigate their work environments without having to be loud or feel inauthentic, as well as help raise awareness within organizations on more effective ways to include their quiet and neurodivergent stakeholders and employees. Certifications include DE&I in the Workplace (University of South Florida), Conflict Dynamics Profile (Eckerd College), and Systemic Coaching for Work Resilience (Working with Resilience [KHB1] consortium). 10+ years of coaching covering organizations in FinTech, tech, banking and legal industries in six continents.
