Pamela McLean, PhD, Co-Founder of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, has over 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, master coach, and leader in the field of leadership coaching. As an author, her work includes The Completely Revised Handbook of Coaching (2012), exploring core theories and methodologies, LifeForward (2016) on navigating life transitions, and Self as Coach, Self as Leader (2019), which delves into developmental coaching for deep, lasting change. Pam has served on boards such as Harvard’s JFK Women’s Leadership Board and the Editorial Board of IJCO, and as faculty at Saybrook University. Based in Santa Barbara, she enjoys cooking, ceramics, birdwatching, and global travel.

Charlotte Saulny is the CEO of Coaching.com, and brings over 20 years experience in the professional services space overseeing the design and delivery of talent and leadership development solutions. Before joining Coaching.com, she served as a senior executive at ADP, where she led a global strengths-based engagement initiative, positively impacting over 60,000 employees. Prior to that, Charlotte was President of The Marcus Buckingham Company, where she worked closely with best-selling author Marcus Buckingham and expanded key client partnerships with major brands like Accenture, Facebook, and Coca-Cola. Earlier in her career, she led coaching services for Anthony Robbins, overseeing the training of coaches and delivering programs that supported thousands of entrepreneurs. Charlotte is passionate about coaching and holds several coaching certifications, with the most recent from the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching.
