Tia Moin CPsychol – is a Coaching Psychologist, BPS Division of Coaching Psychology Committee Member (EDI Lead) and PhD Researcher at the University of Reading. She builds on a 20+ year career in Organisational Psychology and is passionate about applying coaching and psychology to help people flourish and thrive in life. 

Rebecca Jones PhD CPsychol is a Professor in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, a Chartered Psychologist and Co-Founder of Inclusive Leadership Company. Rebecca is the author of the book ‘Coaching with Research in Mind’, host of the Coaching@Henley Podcast and has published her research in globally renowned journals.

Judit Ábri von Bartheld 

Judit is an ICF MCC coach (2017) and team coach ACTC (2022). In 2024 she became a GTCI Certified Systemic Team Coach Senior Practitioner among the first ones globally and was invited to join as a Systemic Team Coaching® Faculty Member having earlier completed both the GTCI Foundation and Practitioner programs earlier. Between 2017 – 2024 Judit worked as a mentor coach and an assessor at Henley Business School, Reading University, UK and contributed to the introduction of the ICF coaching standards to the PCEC coach training program. She received her MA Professional Practice in Coaching from Middlesex University, UK. Judit has developed the Hungarian version of Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide. Judit was invited to be an evaluator on the ICF Impact Awards. She is a contributor to the ACC and also to the MCC ICF Assessors’ Guide Book and a member of the ACC Task Force for ICF Assessors. Her latest publication with Professor Jonathan Passmore : The Journey to ACC, PCC and MCC – Practice Insights from ICF Assessors

Vlad Dutescu

Vlad Dutescu is the President of EMCC Romania, a passionate advocate for mentoring, coaching and organizational development. With a degree from the University of Medicine and 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, Vlad transitioned into the world of personal and professional development in 2004, founding a business focused on empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. For Vlad, mentoring, coaching, team coaching and supervision are more than just passing on knowledge or support the performance and development at individual/organizational levels —they are about learning relationship, ethics and values alignment. He believes that relational and ethical maturity, individually and collectively, are key factors for effectiveness of adult learning and dialogical professions. Vlad is an EMCC Global-accredited coach, mentor and team coach, a certified supervisor, representing Romania on the EMCC Global Council since 2022.

Vlad Dutescu este Presedintele EMCC Romania, un pasionat susținător al mentoratului, coachingului si dezvoltarii organizationale. Absolvent al Universității de Medicină și cu 15 ani de experiență în vânzări și marketing în industria farmaceutică, Vlad a făcut tranziția în lumeadezvoltării personale și profesionale în 2004, înființând o companie axată pe susținereaperformanței și a dezvoltării profesionale, la nivel individual și organizațional. Pentru Vlad, mentoratul, coachingul, coachingul de echipă și supervizarea sunt mai mult decâttransmiterea de cunoștințe sau sprijinirea performanței și dezvoltării la nivel individual șiorganizațional – sunt despre relația de învățare, etică și alinierea valorilor. El consideră cămaturitatea relațională și etică, la nivel individual și colectiv, sunt factori cheie pentrueficacitatea învățării adulților și a profesiilor dialogice. Vlad este coach, mentor și coach de echipă acreditat EMCC Global, supervizor certificat, reprezentând România în Consiliul General al EMCC Glovâbal din 2022.
