Polish Group

Inga Bielińska is a Master Certified Coach, team coach certified by both ICF (ACTC) and EMCC (ITCA), and a business trainer. In addition to that, she serves as an ICF mentor coach and ESIA EMCC coach supervisor. She specializes in supporting individuals and organizations globally, particularly those dealing with remote and culturally diverse teams or communication challenges. As a team coach, Inga helps teams overcome barriers, navigate processes, resolve conflicts, and develop a clear mission and vision. In addition to her coaching work, Inga regularly writes for US editions of Forbes and Newsweek. She has also published two books in Polish for leaders, one of which was shortlisted for a major Polish business magazine’s book award.

Bartosz Berendt is a professional coach whose experience covers a wide range of fields. He provides coaching to people who are facing important challenges and to team leaders who implement crucial changes in their organization. Also, he works with professional athletes and sport teams. 
Bartosz holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials by International Coach Federation (ICF), and is past President of the ICF Polish Chapter. 
He is accredited by the Polish Chamber of Coaching and a board member of this organisation.
He co-authored several publications in the area of coaching and leadership: “Transformation without fear – how to transform emotions into motivation” (2008), “Coaching in time of crisis” (2009), “Równo(u)waga” (2011), “Citius, forties, altius – coaching behind limits” (2014), “The everything game is the inner game – coaching as a tool for mental preparation of athletes” (2023).

Bartosz Berendt. Prowadzi coaching indywidualny i zespołowy dla liderów oraz zespołów wdrażających zmiany w organizacji. Pracuje w wyczynowym sporcie, wspierając zawodników i drużyny w realizacji celów sportowych i pozasportowych. Posiada doświadczenie w realizacji projektów pociągających za sobą strategiczne zmiany zdobyte między innymi podczas 10-cioletniej współpracy z firmą konsultingową. Otrzymał akredytacje Master Certified Coach (MCC) oraz Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) wydane przez International Coach Federation (ICF), Akredytowanego Coacha i Akredytowanego Superwizora Coachingu wydane przez Izbę Coachingu. Od 2018 roku jest prezesem Izby Coachingu, w kadencji 2011-2012 był prezesem polskiego oddziału ICF. English Group

Lily Seto MA, PCC, ESIA and Master Practitioner with EMCC, is an Executive and Leadership coach, working with leaders from globally traded companies, all levels of governments, and the non-profit sector. She is also a coach developer through www.8thElementCoaching.com. Lily is intrigued with the idea of ethics in organizations and in the coaching profession and how we support each other to move towards ethical maturity, given the complexity of our current world. She loves the multi-faceted ethical dilemmas that emerge in her global coaching supervision groups and appreciates the complexity of applying ethics across cultures. Lily served for four years on the global Independent Review Board (IRB) for ICF, where the primary duties are investigating breaches of the ICF Code of Ethics.

Alex van Oostveen ESIA, EIA Senior Practitioner, ICF PCC. Coach | Supervisor | Mentor Coach
Using a relational approach supported by psychological frameworks, I partner with leaders and executive coaches to problem-solve more effectively, in the spheres of systems, relationships, tasks, and self. I support people on journeys to deeper awareness of themselves and their relationships with the important themes in their lives. Supervision clients include coaching psychologists, executive coaches, personal coaches, and coaches in the corporate and educational sectors. I mentor ICF coaches working to attain an initial or renewed credential, from ACC to PCC level. My background is in military helicopter flight and advanced flight instruction. I had the privilege of flying as both wingman and leader of the South African Air Force’s formation aerobatic team for 4 years. I learned to navigate unique leadership challenges, effective communication and potent relationships within complex, high-risk, and dynamic environments.

Eva Hirsch Pontes is a licensed psychologist and earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, California. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential and an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from ICF. She is an ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She was the first certified Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Together with Wendy-Ann Smith, Dumisani Magadlela and Prof. David Clutterbuck, she co-edited the book “Ethical Case Studies for Coach Development and Practice: A Coach’s Companion”, published by Routledge in 2024. Eva integrated the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil, and later held a seat in the Advisory Board of that Chapter. She also served the local Ethics Committee and has contributed as an ICF assessor for over 12 years. Through her company in Brazil, she has been coaching C-Level executives for 18 years. She also works as Team Coach, Conflict Mediator and invited faculty at prestigious business schools in Brazil. Before becoming a coach in 2006, Eva worked for 25+ years as an executive in the shipping industry, holding several key positions including director and board member.

João Luiz Pasqual has 34 years of experience in Treasury and Trade Finance, working in London and Luxembourg, and held executive positions at Banco Real, UNIBANCO, Sudameris, and Banco Real ABN AMRO. In Brazil, he was President of ABN AmroSecurities and interim HR Executive Director for Atento Brazil. Since 2006, João Luiz has been an Executive Coach, certified as an MCC by the ICF and as an Administration and Advisory Counsellor by IBGC and Board Academy Brazil. He served as ICF Brazil President from 2016 to 2018. His coaching expertise spans Banking, Chemicals, Construction, Communication, Energy, HR, IT, Pharma, Telecom, and Retail, focusing on C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and expatriates. He holds an Executive Master’s from INSEAD, an MBA from the University of São Paulo, and certifications from InviteChange USA, CSA-Coaching Supervision Academy London, and The Inner Game School USA. Based in São Paulo, he coaches in Portuguese,Spanish, and English.

No Brasil, foi Presidente da ABN Amro Securities e Diretor Executivo de RH interino da Atento Brasil. Desde 2006, João Luiz é Coach Executivo, certificado como MCC pela ICF e Conselheiro de Administração e Consultor pelo IBGC e Board Academy Brasil. Foi Presidente da ICF Brasil de 2016 a 2018. Sua expertise em coaching abrange Bancos, Químicos, Construção Civil, Comunicação, Energia, RH, TI, Farmacêutica, Telecomunicações e Varejo, focando em executivos C-Level, líderes seniores e expatriados. Ele possui um Mestrado Executivo pelo INSEAD, um MBA pela Universidade de São Paulo e certificações da InviteChange USA, CSA-Coaching Supervision Academy Londres e The Inner Game School USA. French Group

Michel Moral supervises coaches and trains supervisors with Florence Lamy. He sometimes coaches and trains team coaches in several French Universities and around Europe. He is a member of the EMCC Council and a member of the EMCC Center for Excellence. He also participates in research on supervision and team coaching. Michel began as an international manager and executive in Eastern Europe, Middle-East and Africa. In 2003 he left IBM to create a coaching and coaching supervision practice. He holds a Master degree in Science, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has published ten books on management, coaching, team coaching, organisational coaching and supervision of all these. He is an EMCC EIA Master coach, an EMCC ESIA supervisor and his supervision school has an ESQA.
He likes sailing, especially racing.

French

Michel Moral est coach (EIA Master) depuis 2003, superviseur de coachs (ESIA) depuis 2006 et formateur de superviseurs de coachs (formation ayant le label ESQA) depuis 2010. Auparavant, il a été dirigeant au sein d’organes internationaux et a été expatrié 12 ans dans plusieurs pays. Ingénieur de Centrale Paris et Docteur en Psychologie Clinique, il a publié, entre autres, dix livres sur le coaching et la supervision et fait des recherches sur ces sujets. Il intervient en Français et en Anglais.
