Dr. Ashley Yousufzai is the Director of Coach Ethics, Development and Partnerships at BetterUp, where she works to advance the science and practice of evidence-based coaching and behavior transformation in the workplace. Ashley is trained as an industrial-organizational psychologist, with deep expertise in coaching, organizational culture and transformation and has been the architect behind numerous change initiatives that align people and talent strategies to organizational priorities. Through her consulting and advising experience, Ashley discovered the transformative power of coaching and joined BetterUp shortly after completing her coach training. Ashley is passionate about ethical coaching and exploring ways to leverage the power of technology to enhance the coach experience.

Arne-Per Heurberg, known as “Per,” is a seasoned specializing generalist and positive provocateur with over two decades of experience in coaching, consulting, and advising. His passion lies in fostering performant and sustainable growth for individuals and companies, focusing on identity and values. Per’s diverse background spans roles as a serial founder, board member, consultant, and independent coach across various industries. With an educational foundation in both Physics and Philosophy from UCLA, Per brings a special multidisciplinary background that enhances his approach to complex issues and ethical decision-making, often constructively challenging conventional wisdom. Currently, Per is the founder of The Coaches Coalition, a values-based community for coaches, and APDOT LLC, which includes the health and wellness division Resilience Rogue, dedicated to coaching performance and wellbeing. Per leverages his broad expertise and interdisciplinary perspective to catalyze thought-provoking dialogues, ignite transformative discussions, and drive impactful change in both personal and professional spheres.

Spanish Group

Silvina Spiegel is an experienced coach with a multicultural background, proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, and English. As an ontological and executive coach, she has honed her skills in various coaching methodologies, including being a certified trainer for Coaching Clinic®, a facilitator for Co-development®, a Blanchard Leadership Coach®, and an LPOV® trainer. She is also certified as a Symbolon Reflection Method® Coaching Expert. In her independent practice, Silvina collaborates with top-tier consulting firms, providing training and coaching to executives globally, supporting them in achieving their professional objectives individually or in their teams. Her passion for human development and interaction is evident in her work. She has been a proud holder of the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation since 2015 and is on the path to earning her MCC credential. She is also a supervisor-mentor coach and a coach trainer, supporting new professional coaches on their career path. Her leadership experience is further exemplified by her past role as the chapter vice president of ICF Brazil, her involvement as the Latin American representative on global ICF forums, and her ongoing commitment as the current ICF Brazil council secretary. Originally from Argentina, Silvina has spent over a decade in Brazil, where she continues to expand her coaching enterprise and engage in volunteer activities that remain integral to her professional and personal life.

Carolina Ramírez Morón is a senior consultant and executive coach, expert in talent development, with over 25 years of experience leading communication and talent management areas in various companies and institutions. For the past 10 years, she has worked with professionals and organizations both nationally and internationally, aiming to develop their skills and maximize their potential through programs in Leadership, Mentoring, Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Communication, Change Management, Career Planning, Executive Presence, and Personal Branding. Since her initial studies in Marketing and Communication at San Pablo CEU University, she has trained in people management, neuroleadership, NLP, and mindfulness, obtaining qualifications such as University Expert in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from UNIR, among others. She is accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach & Mentor by EMCC and as a World Happiness Facilitator by the World Happiness Foundation. Vice President of EMCC Spain since 2024, after serving 5 years as communications officer. Co-author of the book “Service Leadership of the Entrepreneur.” Ed Pirámide. (Grupo Anaya). Volunteer at the Spanish Red Cross since 2015 as a mentor in the Employment Area and internal trainer.

Es en este país en donde continúa expandiendo su empresa de coaching y participando en actividades de voluntariado que son parte integral de su vida profesional y personal.
