Abstract:
In this session we will explore the ethical implications of AI for our development as coaches and our conceptualization of coaching. We will use The Five Maturities to explore the challenges and opportunities related to our growth as humans, the growth of AI, and the growth of the working relationship between the two. In doing so, we will look at how we can evolve our capabilities to think ethically at personal, spiritual, professional, social, and contextual levels.
