CEF2027 Conference
Thursday 4 – Friday 5 February 2027
What Must Remain Human in Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership?
In a time of rapid change and increasing complexity, this question invites us to consider what must endure at the heart of professional practice.
CEF2027 will explore the human dimensions of our work: presence, responsibility, trust, relationship, judgement, and the courage to act with integrity when the path is not clear.
Across two days of international dialogue, presentations, and shared inquiry, we will examine the tensions shaping coaching, mentoring, leadership, and professional practice, and consider what we must protect, strengthen, and carry forward.
