Join Ethics Circles – Czech-Slovak
The Coaching Ethics Forum invites you to take part in CEF Ethics Circles – free, open gatherings where coaches and colleagues from around the world meet online to explore ethical practice.
Ethics Circles are a unique free, and open forum for dialogue on ethics in professional practice.
Participants are invited to bring their concerns, conundrums, perspectives, or thinking to the circle. You may wish to draw on an ethical framework, a professional code, a guiding artifact, or even a style of coaching you want to explore. Equally, you can come simply with a willingness to listen, engage in the conversation that arises, and reflect alongside peers.
What makes Ethics Circles distinct is their ethos:
- Free and open – accessible to all who register.
- Ethics-first – placing ethical reflection and dialogue at the centre.
- Cross-professional & cross-cultural – welcoming diverse voices from coaching, mentoring, leadership, psychology, and beyond.
- Globally linked, regionally hosted – gatherings take place in six world regions, connected through the Coaching Ethics Forum.
✨ Ethics Circles are spaces of dialogue, curiosity, and reflection — not assessment, supervision, or recruitment. They exist to nurture open conversation and strengthen our shared capacity for ethical awareness in professional practice.
Each circle is hosted by volunteer co-leaders in that region on Zoom. Sessions are free to join, open to all, and designed to create welcoming spaces for reflection, dialogue, and learning. Want to join multiple regions? You will need to join each individually.
Note: Ethics Circles are spaces for open dialogue. Co-leads host and facilitate conversations, but do not provide supervision or resolve individual cases. Each participant engages under their own professional autonomy and responsibility.
