Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF)
Founder, Ethics Forum International
Wendy-Ann Smith is a Coaching Psychologist, a Registered Psychologist in Australia and France, and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
Her work sits at the intersection of coaching psychology, positive psychology, moral psychology and applied ethics, with a focus on advancing developmental ethicality, ethical practice and courageous leadership in professional life.
As the founder of Coaching Ethics Forum and Ethics Forum International, she has created an independent, female-founded and female-led international ecosystem supporting ethical dialogue, research, education, publishing and the development of ethicality across professions and societies.
Her work continues to shape the understanding and development of ethics and ethicality as lived, relational and evolving dimensions of human and professional life.
Origins of the Coaching Ethics Forum
In early 2020, Wendy-Ann Smith and David Clutterbuck brought together a group of leading academics, representatives from coaching bodies, and experienced practitioners from across the globe to begin a shared conversation about strengthening ethical thinking, dialogue, and decision-making in coaching.
We are honoured to recognise David Clutterbuck as the Honorary Co-Founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF). His early involvement helped shape the foundation and direction of the Forum.
