Elizabeth Wong  | CEF~AI~OPSEC collective

Elizabeth, who prefers to be called Lisa, is an international marketing specialist serving leaders in healthcare, medical technology, and related fields worldwide. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Lisa has extensive experience in Asia, having accumulated over 25 years with Medtronic (Nasdaq: MDT), Stryker (SYK), Merit (MMSI), and Biotronik. Rising from an entry-level territory manager to Strategic Marketing Director for Greater China in just 15 years, and later serving as Marketing Director for Asia Pacific, Lisa’s swift ascent up the corporate ladder taught her many valuable lessons, which she now shares with others. After extended periods in Vancouver, Singapore, San Francisco, and Hong Kong, along with business trips around the globe, Lisa returned to Hong Kong in 2023 to establish Two Doors Ltd., a service business dedicated to helping the next generation of leaders effectively integrate emotional and artificial intelligence into today’s global markets.

Lisa has received awards for her strategic insight, marketing excellence, and women’s leadership, including the launch of innovative medical therapies. She is completing her DBA in the UK, researching market leadership, emotional and artificial intelligence. Lisa is a sought-after coach (ACC, RCC, WABC), mentor (HKU DeepTech and MedTech GBA, PolyU LLP), lecturer (HKU, PolyU, CityU, HKMU), trainer (Gallup Strengths, MBSAT Decision Making, emotional regulation, conflict management), and volunteer (Board member for ICF HK).

Widowed at a relatively young age and with her son to care for, Lisa discovered that true strength emerges when nothing is left. Her personal experiences, professional expertise, and compassionate approach have fostered an authenticity that leaders find reassuring. In her free time, Lisa reconnects with family and friends, stays fit through Pilates, and enjoys hiking in the mountains of Hong Kong. To unwind and reconnect, Lisa engages with the weaving communities in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF) is an independent forum dedicated to the ethical dimensions in the field of coaching, mentoring, leadership, coach supervision, and education.
