CEF Q&A
General Information
Q: What is Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF)?
A: CEF serves as a platform for learning, ethical discussions, and the exchange of diverse perspectives. Contributions made by facilitators, hosts, or speakers, including ideas, interpretations, or professional insights, are their own and do not necessarily represent the views, policies, or positions of CEF.
Individuals may speak from their role within CEF; however, they do not represent the Coaching Ethics Forum as a whole. All activity remains guided by CEF’s values, principles, and Representation & Promotion Guidelines.
While CEF provides the structure and guidelines to facilitate these discussions, it does not claim ownership of or responsibility for the content shared by individual contributors.
For more information about our mission and values, see the About Us page.

A: Individual presenters retain copyright over their own materials. However, by participating in CEF events, presenters grant Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF) the right to record, host, and use their session content—including edited excerpts—for educational and promotional purposes. CEF may keep recordings behind a paywall for a limited period and may choose to release them publicly at a later time.
Q: Can I use session content for my own work?
A: You may share or reference content only if it has been made publicly available—for example, on the Coaching Ethics Forum YouTube channel. Content that is not publicly released (such as member-only or conference recordings) may not be copied, embedded, or reused—particularly for commercial purposes—without written permission from both the presenter and CEF.
For detailed terms, see our Terms and Conditions page.

Related Initiatives
The Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF) sits within a wider ecosystem of independently developed initiatives led by the Founder, each contributing to ethical practice in different ways.
These include Ethics Forum International (EFI), Ethical Edge Insights (EEI), the Journal of Coaching Ethics (JoCE), Academy of Ethicality and the Champions of Courage Awards.
While these initiatives may be connected through shared visibility, collaboration, and the wider Ethics Forum International ecosystem, each retains its distinct purpose and areas of activity. CEF remains an independent platform for ethical dialogue, reflection, and practice within the overarching governance of Ethics Forum International.
