Champions of Courage Shine as Global Community Gathers for Coaching Ethics Forum 2025

This December, the global coaching, mentoring, and leadership community will come together online for the Coaching Ethics Forum 2025 (2–3 December) — a gathering defined by courage, conscience, and cross-cultural dialogue. The event will feature the Champions of Courage Awards 2025, celebrating extraordinary individuals and collectives who have contributed to integrity, inclusion, and ethical impact in their fields.
Across the categories of Ethical Courage, Ethical Impact, and Ethical ChangeMaker, this year’s Champions demonstrate that ethical engagement takes many forms — from research and innovation to leadership and lived example. Their work reminds us that courage is not only about standing up, but about showing up with integrity, curiosity, and care.

This year’s CEF 2025 also marks the public launch of Ethics Forum International (EFI) and its pioneering Ethics & Ethicality Recognition Framework — a cross-professional structure that honours integrity, reflection, learning, and stewardship across disciplines. The Framework introduces a global approach to recognising ethical engagement in practice, inviting individuals and institutions to evidence how ethicality is lived rather than simply declared.

Originally launched in September 2025, Ethics Beyond the Code now sits at the heart of this ecosystem. Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 3 Core Competency and 20 Resource Development hours, the Foundation and Advanced Tracks (Humanities and Guardianship) offer reflective, applied pathways for professionals seeking to strengthen ethical discernment and courage in practice. Institutions worldwide are licensing these programs as part of their ethics education and recognition pathways, connecting learning directly to the dimensions articulated in EFI’s Recognition Framework.
