CEF Current Research Projects
The Coaching Ethics Forum is more than a global gathering — it is also a hub for research and inquiry. Alongside our annual conference and publications, we convene and support collaborative research initiatives that advance ethical understanding in coaching, mentoring, leadership, and beyond.
Ethics Education
Exploring how ethics is taught and integrated across coaching, mentoring, and leadership. This initiative examines approaches to developing ethical awareness and maturity, and considers how education can prepare practitioners to navigate complex dilemmas in practice.
Ethical Reflections in University Research: Student Perspectives
This collaborative project examines how university students reflect on the ethical issues they encounter during their research. Through qualitative analysis of anonymised written reflections, the study explores the dilemmas and tensions students face, how they navigate them, and what this reveals about the development of ethical awareness in academic and professional contexts. Insights will contribute to broader scholarship on ethics in higher education, professional formation, and applied practice.
